Role Description
The Accountant role at Adage Medical Systems - India is a full-time, in office position based in the Kolkata metropolitan area. In this role, the accountant will manage day-to-day financial accounting activities, including recording transactions, maintaining ledgers, preparing journals, and reconciling bank and vendor accounts. The role involves assisting with monthly and annual closing, preparing financial statements and reports,



and supporting budgeting, forecasting, and cost tracking. The accountant will ensure compliance with relevant accounting standards, tax regulations, and internal policies, while coordinating with internal teams and external auditors as needed. This position also includes monitoring accounts payable and receivable, supporting invoicing and collections, and helping improve financial processes and controls.

Qualifications
- Strong foundational knowledge of accounting principles, financial reporting, and general ledger management.
