Role Description
The Production Manager will oversee day-to-day manufacturing operations for diamond-studded jewelry, ensuring production plans are executed efficiently and meet quality standards. Responsibilities include managing production schedules, coordinating with design, procurement, and quality assurance teams, and supervising shop-floor staff to maintain output targets and minimize defects. The role involves monitoring workflow,



optimizing use of machinery and materials, resolving production issues, and enforcing safety and compliance guidelines. The Production Manager will also track key performance metrics, implement process improvements, and support continuous training and development of team members. This is a full time, on-site role based in Mumbai.

Qualifications
- Experience in production management, preferably in jewelry, luxury goods, or precision manufacturing environments.
- Strong skills in planning, scheduling, and workflow optimization, with the ability to manage multiple production lines or batches.
- Knowledge of quality control practices, certification standards, and inspection methods for fine jewelry or similar high-value products.
- Proficiency in using production tracking tools or ERP systems, and comfort with basic data analysis for performance reporting.
