Position: Senior Manager- Logistics, Administration, Liaisoning & VSEZ Operations

Location: VSEZ, Duvvada, Visakhapatnam

Reporting to - Plant Head & Managing Director

Job Summary

We are seeking an experienced and result-oriented qualified to lead Logistics, Administration, Liaisoning, and VSEZ Operations. The incumbent will be responsible for ensuring smooth logistics operations, effective administration management, coordination with government and regulatory authorities, and compliance with VSEZ/SEZ regulations. The role requires strong leadership, stakeholder management, and operational excellence to support business objectives.

Key Responsibilities

Logistics & Supply Chain
- Manage end-to-end inbound and outbound logistics operations, including transportation, warehousing, dispatches, and inventory movement.
- Coordinate with transporters, freight forwarders, customs brokers, and other service providers to ensure timely movement of materials and finished goods.
- Monitor logistics performance, optimize costs,



and ensure uninterrupted supply chain operations.

VSEZ Operations & Compliance
- Oversee all VSEZ operational activities and ensure compliance with SEZ regulations and statutory requirements.
- Handle import-export documentation, customs-related activities, approvals, and regulatory submissions.
- Coordinate with VSEZ authorities for operational clearances, permissions, and compliance matters.

Liaisoning
- Maintain effective liaison with Customs, VSEZ Authorities, Port Authorities, DGFT, Labour Department, Pollution Control Board, and other government agencies.
- Facilitate statutory approvals, renewals, inspections, and regulatory compliances.
- Represent the organization during audits, inspections, and official meetings with government authorities.

Administration & Facility Management
- Manage plant administration activities including security, housekeeping, transportation, canteen, guest house, and facility maintenance.
