Job Description:

We are seeking a passionate and technically skilled Application Engineer with a solid background in Electromagnetics and Power Electronics simulation to join our growing team at Technokraten Engineering Pvt. Ltd. The ideal candidate will have hands-on experience with simulation tools from Altair (Flux, FluxMotor, PSIM) and/or Siemens (Simcenter MAGNET, Simcenter Magnet), or similar platforms such as Ansys Maxwell. As an Application Engineer, you will play a key role in providing technical support, training, and consultation to customers working on electromagnetic devices and power electronic systems. You will also contribute to pre- and post-sales technical activities, helping customers optimize their simulation workflows and achieve accurate and reliable results.

Key Responsibilities:
- Provide pre- and post-sales technical support for electromagnetic and power electronics simulation tools (Altair / Siemens).
- Conduct software evaluations, benchmarks, and proof-of-concept (POC) studies to demonstrate product capabilities.
- Deliver on-site, online,



and classroom training sessions for customers.
- Support customers in model setup, geometry preparation, meshing, solver configuration, and post-processing.
- Assist in simulations involving electric machines, transformers, actuators, and power electronic circuits.
- Troubleshoot simulation issues, perform root cause analysis, and recommend effective solutions.
- Apply knowledge of electromagnetics (EM), electric machines, and power electronics to solve real-world engineering problems
- Collaborate with internal sales and technical teams to understand customer requirements and propose optimal solutions.
- Participate in internal training programs to expand expertise across Altair and Siemens simulation portfolios.
