Role Overview
The
GEBS Proposal Lead
is responsible for ensuring seamless coordination between the Regional Proposal Team and the GEBS Engineering Delivery Team to develop accurate, aligned, and executable engineering proposals. This role creates the single point of accountability for scope clarity, estimation validation, forecasting, and use of standardized tools,



ensuring proposals are both competitive and executable within approved budgets.
- Key Responsibilities

Scope Alignment & Control
- Lead Sub‑Regional/GEBS Scope Agreement process for every assigned proposal.
- Provide formal sign‑off on scope and estimations, establishing the baseline for project execution if the order is won.
- Ensure complete scope clarity between Region and GEBS teams to avoid misunderstandings, missing elements, or rework.

Estimation & Proposal Governance
- Review and validate GEBS Engineering Delivery Team’s estimation, checking for completeness, effort logic, and alignment with customer requirements.
- Ensure both teams use the same approved estimation tools, templates, and calculation methods for consistency.
- Prevent duplicate scoping or estimation, ensuring no task is estimated twice across teams.
- Act as a technical auditor for high value proposals.
