Area of Responsibilities:
- The IT coordinator deals with cases in which the service partner's service and workshop personnel have problems with the IT systems used in service.
- The IT coordinator is responsible for system maintenance and user administration for the partner. He is also the direct contact for the importer if support is required. He has an overview of which roles in the dealership require which IT systems. He also ensures that the service IT system supports proper performance of all repair work and thus contributes to customer satisfaction.
- The Audi IT coordinator supports all Audi service employees in resolving administrative problems with IT systems (support).
- As an Audi IT coordinator,



he must ensure rapid and needs-based availability of IT systems for all service staff according to their roles/duties.
- As Audi IT coordinator, he participates in the available expert training.

Areas of expertise
- Guaranteeing the maximum possible availability of IT systems for all service employees according to their roles and duties.
- Regularly monitoring the general condition of the IT systems. The systems must always be kept up to date.

Pay: ₹22,000.00 - ₹30,000.00 per month
