About the Role

Envision Overseas Education Consultants LLP is looking for a proactive and technically skilled IT Executive to manage day-to-day IT operations and provide technical support across the organization.

The ideal candidate should possess solid troubleshooting skills, basic networking knowledge, and the ability to ensure the smooth functioning of IT infrastructure while delivering timely support to employees and branch offices.

Key Responsibilities

• Provide first-level and second-level technical support to employees through remote and onsite assistance.

• Install, configure, and troubleshoot Windows 10/11 and Ubuntu/Linux operating systems.

• Diagnose and resolve issues related to desktops, laptops, printers, scanners, and other peripherals.

• Install, configure, and maintain software applications, drivers,



and system updates. • Create and manage user accounts, email accounts, and access permissions.

• Configure and troubleshoot Outlook, Thunderbird, Microsoft 365, and webmail-related issues.

• Provide support for VPNs, Remote Desktop, AnyDesk, TeamViewer, RustDesk, and video conferencing tools. • Perform system upgrades, operating system installations, software updates, and security patch management.

• Monitor and troubleshoot LAN, Wi-Fi, internet connectivity, TCP/IP, DNS, DHCP, and VPN-related issues. • Configure and maintain network printers and shared resources.

• Perform regular data backup and recovery activities.

• Maintain IT asset inventory, documentation, SOPs, and issue logs.

• Coordinate with hardware vendors for repairs, warranty claims, and AMC support.

• Install and configure new desktops, laptops, and office IT equipment.
