Key Responsibilities

Sales & Business Development
- Manage the complete sales cycle from lead generation to final closure.
- Connect with potential customers, understand their investment requirements, and provide suitable property solutions.
- Conduct property presentations, site visits, and client meetings to convert prospects into customers.
- Achieve monthly and quarterly sales targets through effective sales strategies.
- Build and maintain robust customer relationships throughout the buying journey.

Closing & Revenue Generation
- Handle customer negotiations and ensure successful deal closures.
- Convert qualified leads into bookings through consultative selling techniques.
- Understand customer objections and provide effective solutions to accelerate closures.
- Coordinate with internal teams for smooth booking, documentation, and post-sales support.




- Maintain accurate sales pipeline and follow-up activities through CRM.

Client Relationship Management
