Job Summary

We are looking for an energetic and target-driven Junior Business Development Executive to support our sales team in generating leads, identifying new business opportunities, and assisting in client acquisition. The candidate should have strong communication skills and a passion for sales and relationship building.

Key Responsibilities 1Lead Generation Prospecting
- Identify potential clients through LinkedIn, job portals, and other platforms.
- Generate leads via cold calling, email campaigns, and social media outreach.
- Maintain lead database and track follow-ups.
- Qualify leads based on business requirements.

2Client Communication
- Conduct introductory calls with prospective clients.
- Understand client requirements and business needs.
- Schedule meetings and coordinate with the pre-sales/technical team.
- Follow up regularly to nurture prospects.

3Sales Support Documentation
- Assist in preparing proposals and presentations.
- Support in preparing commercial quotations.
- Update CRM regularly with lead and opportunity details (e.g., Salesforce).




- Maintain sales reports and performance trackers.

4Market Research
- Conduct competitor analysis.
- Identify new markets and potential business segments.
- Research industry trends and client needs.

Required Skills
- Strong verbal and written communication skills.
- Basic understanding of sales and business development processes.
- Ability to generate leads and handle cold outreach.
- Valuable negotiation and persuasion skills.
- Familiarity with MS Office and CRM tools.
- Target-driven and self-motivated personality.

Required Qualifications
- Bachelor's degree in BBA, MBA, Marketing, or a related field.
- 0-2 years of experience in sales or business development.
- Experience in IT services sales (added advantage).
- Knowledge of LinkedIn Sales Navigator or similar tools (preferred).
