Experience: 10–15 Years
Qualification: B.E./B.Tech in Civil Engineering

Key Responsibilities

Execution and supervision of External Development (ED) Works
Roads, Pavements & Earthworks
Storm Water Drainage (SWD)
Sewerage & Water Supply Networks
Underground Utilities & Utility Corridors
Boundary Walls & External Civil Works
QA/QC, Safety & Project Documentation
Coordination with Clients, Consultants & Contractors
Progress Monitoring, Billing Verification & Resource Management

Mandatory Requirements




- 10–15 years of experience in Infrastructure Projects
- Strong expertise in External Works / Site Development
- Hands-on experience in Roads, Drainage, Utility Networks & Earthworks
- Excellent knowledge of BOQ, QA/QC, IS Codes & Construction Standards
- Robust leadership and coordination skills
