About ATZA Digitally:

ATZA Digitally is a New Delhi-based creative house building at the intersection of storytelling and AI. We work across AI-native content and OTT production, legacy video and branding, and video editing for international creators, with clients ranging from Max Healthcare and Fortis, to Funda App and Classplus, to Kuku TV, where we're producing original OTT series. We're ~50 people today, growing to 70-80 in the coming months, with our AI content production vertical leading that growth.

We've built this fast, on craft and instinct. Now we're building the professional backbone to match it and People is one of the first pieces going up.

About the Role:

This is our first dedicated HR Manager hire which means you're not stepping into a department with a decade of existing playbooks. You're writing a lot of them. You'll work directly with the founders, alongside a fractional People advisor we're bringing on for strategic support and you'll start by leading our HR Executive, with real scope to build the team out further as we grow.

Role & Responsibilties:
- Be the translation layer

between leadership's thinking and how it actually lands day to day, clear, proactive communication, not last-minute fire drills
- Employee relations and conflict resolution

, end to end, knowing what's yours to resolve and what needs to go to leadership
- Culture and onboarding,

shaping how new hires experience ATZA from day one, so growth doesn't dilute what makes this place work
- Performance management,

building and running review cycles as the team scales
- Full-cycle HR operations

across all three verticals, run through a contemporary HRMS rather than spreadsheets and guesswork
- Analyze HR metrics

such as turnover rates, retention rates, and sat
