Responsibilities
- Support in Solutioning/designing Architecture for Virtual ECU Development Program
- Develop and simulate virtual ECU’s of various levels (L1 to L4)
- Develop and execute SIL test plans and test cases for embedded systems.
- Collaborate with software development teams to understand the architecture and interfaces.
- Develop the plant model to help evaluate the virtual SW.
- Optimize and enhance SIL environment and testing tools for improved efficiency.
- Participate in model, simulation, design reviews and provide feedback on potential risks and improvements.
- Ensure compliance with industry standards and best practices in testing and validation
- Define the entry and exit criteria for SIL, across levels of virtualization.
- Excellent problem-solving skills and attention to detail.
- Effective communication and teamwork abilities.
Mandatory/requires Skills :
- Hands-on experience in AUTOSAR based SW architecture, including middleware.
- Hands-on experience in modeling tools, like MATLAB Simulink & stateflow. (Extensive exp FMU’s,
including on Co-Sim and Model exchange)
- Hands on experience on one or more of the following: VEOS, Silver, VirtualTarget, ETAS COSYM/VECU-BUILDER, QEMU. (Any tool migration experience would be an added advantage)
- Strong knowledge of Automation Framework Tools & Scripting Languages (Python, CAPL, Automation desk, etc.)
- Solid automotive domain knowledge (BCM, VCU, Charging, BMS – EV Domain)
- Experience in test automation tools like ECU-Test
- Experience in Measurement & Calibration tools like INCA
- Experience in Diagnostics (UDS, DoIP) and tools like Vector CANoe
- Experience in time plan preparation.
- Hands on experience with Linux, Docker - Containerization, KVM, VM's etc.
- Expertise in across the levels of virtualization, from L1 to L4 and with both Open and closed loop simulation.
Preferred Skills :
- Expertise in MIL/SIL setups preferred. PIL would be great value addition.
- Strong experience with Automoti
