About the Role

Maadhu Creatives is looking for an experienced and result-driven Business Development Executive to drive business growth and develop strategic customer relationships across multiple industry sectors. The ideal candidate will be responsible for identifying new business opportunities, generating qualified enquiries, managing client interactions, and contributing to revenue growth for the companys scale model making, engineering prototyping, and experiential solutions business.

This role offers an excellent opportunity to work with clients from Architecture, Real Estate, Industrial, Infrastructure, EPC, Defence, and Government sectors while contributing to cutting-edge and high-value projects.

- Salary Range (CTC): 3.00 LPA to 5.50 LPA (depending upon experience and profile suitability)

Key Responsibilities
- Identify and develop new business opportunities across Architecture, Real Estate, Industrial, Infrastructure, EPC, Defence, and Government sectors.
- Generate leads through networking, cold calling, exhibitions, consultants, referrals, and digital channels.
- Conduct client meetings and presentations to understand project requirements.
- Prepare techno-commercial proposals and coordinate with internal teams for project requirements.
- Maintain CRM records, customer follow-ups, and revenue forecasts.
- Achieve monthly targets for lead generation, customer meetings, enquiries, and order conversions.
- Build and maintain long-term relationships with existing and prospective clients.
- Collaborate with internal teams to ensure timely project execution and customer satisfaction.
