Role Overview

We are looking for an experienced and results-oriented Business Development Executive with 2–4 years of relevant experience in business development, brand partnerships, advertising, media sales, or influencer marketing.

The ideal candidate should have hands-on experience in onboarding clients and brands, building long-term business relationships, and independently driving the complete sales cycle—from lead generation to closing deals.

Key Responsibilities

* Identify, approach, and onboard new brand partners and clients.

* Generate qualified leads through networking, outbound outreach, referrals,



and market research.

* Build and maintain strong relationships with brand managers, marketing heads, and key decision-makers.

* Understand client marketing objectives and recommend influencer marketing and UGC solutions.

* Prepare and deliver compelling sales presentations, proposals, and partnership pitches.

* Negotiate commercial terms and successfully close recent business opportunities.

* Coordinate with internal campaign and operations teams to ensure smooth client onboarding and campaign execution.

* Maintain an updated sales pipeline and CRM records.

* Consistently achieve monthly and quarterly revenue targets.

Requirements

* Bachelor’s degree in Business, Marketing, Communications, or a related field.

* 2–4 years of proven experience in Business Development, Brand Partnerships, Advertising, Digital Marketing, Media Sales, or Influencer Marketing.

* Strong experience in onboard
