Job Summary

We are looking for a dynamic and result-oriented Business Development Executive to expand our corporate client base and generate business opportunities for turnkey interior projects. The ideal candidate should have prior experience in corporate leasing, corporate office sales, commercial real estate, or financial institutions, with a strong network among corporate clients and decision-makers.

The candidate will be responsible for identifying new business opportunities, building long-term client relationships, conducting client meetings,



and achieving revenue targets.

Key Responsibilities
- Identify and generate new business opportunities for turnkey interior and corporate office fit-out projects.
- Develop solid relationships with corporate clients, commercial property consultants, real estate developers, leasing agencies, and finance companies.
- Generate qualified leads through networking, referrals, market research, and client visits.
- Conduct meetings with corporate decision-makers, HR Heads, Admin Heads, Facility Managers, Procurement Teams, and CXOs.
- Understand client requirements and coordinate with the design and estimation teams to prepare proposals and presentations.
