Role Description
This is a full-time, on-site role for a Team Leader – Real Estate based in Hyderabad. The Team Leader will oversee a team of real estate consultants, set performance goals, and ensure consistent achievement of sales and service targets. Daily responsibilities include guiding clients through property selection, coordinating site visits, negotiating deals, and managing brokerage activities. The role involves mentoring team members, monitoring pipeline and conversions, preparing regular reports,



and ensuring compliance with company policies and local real estate regulations. The Team Leader will also collaborate with management to develop strategies for growth in residential and commercial real estate segments.

Qualifications
- Candidates should possess strong Communication skills, including the ability to build rapport with clients and present property options clearly.
- Candidates should possess Brokerage and Commercial Real Estate skills, with experience in handling property transactions and understanding market trends.
- Candidates should possess Team Management and Team Leadership skills, with a track record of motivating, coaching, and developing high-performing sales teams.
- Candidates should ideally have experience in real estate sales or consulting, preferably in the Hyderabad market.
