We are seeking an experienced and target-driven Senior Sales Counsellor to lead the admissions process by counseling prospective students, converting leads into enrollments, and mentoring junior counsellors. The ideal candidate should have a proven track record in sales, excellent communication and negotiation skills, and the ability to consistently achieve admission targets while delivering an outstanding customer experience.

Key Responsibilities
- Counsel prospective students regarding courses, career opportunities, certifications, and placement support.
- Convert inquiries into admissions through effective counseling and relationship building.
- Handle inbound and outbound calls, walk-ins, emails, WhatsApp, and online inquiries.
- Achieve and exceed monthly and quarterly admission targets.
- Develop and implement strategies to improve lead conversion rates.
- Ensure timely follow-ups with prospective students and maintain strong customer relationships.
- Maintain accurate records of leads, follow-ups, admissions, and revenue in the CRM.
- Coordinate with the admissions, academic,



and operations teams for a seamless enrollment process.
- Mentor, guide, and support junior sales counsellors to improve their performance.
- Monitor team performance, share best practices, and assist in achieving overall sales goals.
- Handle escalated customer concerns and provide appropriate resolutions.
- Participate in educational seminars, webinars, career counseling sessions, and promotional events.
- Prepare daily, weekly, and monthly sales reports for management.
