Key Responsibilities
- Equipment Installation & Commissioning: Install, commission, and start up Color Sorter machines and related equipment at customer sites.
- Preventive & Corrective Maintenance: Perform scheduled maintenance and attend breakdown calls to ensure maximum equipment uptime.
- Troubleshooting & Technical Support: Diagnose technical issues and provide effective in office and remote support to customers.
- Service Reporting & Documentation: Prepare service reports, maintain accurate service records, and update customer interactions in the CRM system.
- Customer Support:



Ensure timely issue resolution and deliver high-quality service to achieve customer satisfaction.
- Continuous Improvement: Report recurring technical issues, share customer feedback, and contribute to service improvement initiatives.
- Safety Compliance: Follow company safety policies and industry standards during all service activities.
- Additional Responsibilities: Perform any other duties assigned by management from time to time.

Pay: ₹25,000.00 - ₹40,000.00 per month
