Our client, A leading automotive and mobility company is looking to engage with a consultant who can deliver following key responsibilities:
- Develop and execute the long-term strategy to build a premium adventure and lifestyle ecosystem around the brand, driving customer loyalty and engagement.
- Lead the planning and execution of large-scale adventure experiences, including off-road expeditions, rallies, overlanding events, luxury camping experiences, and curated travel programs.
- Design and implement tiered membership programs and exclusive engagement initiatives that foster a highly engaged, loyal, and aspirational community.
- Build and scale a digital-first community platform that seamlessly integrates physical experiences, memberships, content, commerce, and partner offerings.
- Own the business P&L;, driving revenue growth through adventure experiences, memberships, sponsorships, merchandise, strategic partnerships, and current business opportunities.
- Develop strategic partnerships with travel operators, hospitality brands, tourism boards, adventure specialists,



technology platforms, and lifestyle brands to expand the ecosystem.
- Utilize customer data and analytics to drive personalized engagement, improve customer retention, increase participation rates, and influence vehicle upgrades and repeat purchases.
- Establish operational excellence by creating scalable processes, ensuring safety compliance, managing vendors, and delivering consistently premium customer experiences.
- Lead and mentor cross-functional teams across operations, marketing, partnerships, digital platforms, customer experience, and business development to achieve business objectives.
- Continuously identify market trends, customer insights, and emerging adventure experiences to innovate offerings and strengthen the brand's leadership position in the adventure mobility segment.
