Key Responsibilities
- Deliver engaging classroom and online training sessions on communication, employability, and skilled skills.
- Conduct workshops on business communication, presentation skills, public speaking, interpersonal skills, workplace etiquette, emotional intelligence, leadership, teamwork, time management, and critical thinking.
- Facilitate placement readiness sessions including resume building, group discussions, personal interviews, HR interviews, aptitude orientation, and corporate expectations.
- Design and execute experiential learning activities such as role plays, simulations, business games, and case discussions.
- Mentor students to enhance confidence, communication skills, employability, and overall career readiness.
- Assess student progress through assignments, presentations, mock interviews, and provide structured feedback.
- Customize training programs based on institutional and client requirements.
- Maintain records including attendance, assessments, feedback,



and training reports.
- Collaborate with the academic team to improve content and delivery methodologies.
