We are looking for a dynamic and highly organized Implementation Head to lead ERP implementation operations across educational institutions. The ideal candidate should possess solid administrative capabilities, stakeholder management expertise, process orientation, and the ability to coordinate seamlessly between clients and internal teams.

This role requires a mature professional with excellent people management skills and the capability to drive implementation timelines, operational discipline, and customer satisfaction.

Preferred Candidate Profile
- Age group: 35 – 55 years
- Based in or willing to relocate to Kochi
- Prior experience in administration, operations, project coordination, ERP implementation, or institutional management preferred
- Candidates from educational institutions, IT services, ERP companies, or operations-driven environments will be an added advantage

Key Responsibilities
- * Lead end-to-end ERP implementation activities for schools and colleges
- * Coordinate with clients, management, support teams,



and technical departments for successful onboarding
- * Drive implementation schedules, task tracking, and milestone management
- * Ensure timely completion of data collection, configuration, training, and go-live activities
- * Manage implementation teams and monitor daily operational performance
- * Conduct review meetings with institutions and internal stakeholders
- * Establish solid process governance and implementation SOPs
- * Handle escalations professionally and ensure client satisfaction
- * Maintain implementation MIS reports and status dashboards
- * Support management in operational planning and execution strategies
