About the Role

HonorVet Technologies is seeking a proactive and detail-oriented
Pre-Sales Analyst
with hands-on experience supporting
US Federal Clients
. The ideal candidate should have experience in
Federal Proposal Management, RFP/RFQ/RFI analysis, and government contracting processes
. Candidates with knowledge of federal procurement portals and compliance requirements will be preferred.

Key Responsibilities
- Review and analyze
Federal RFPs, RFQs, RFIs, and Sources Sought Notices
to identify client requirements.
- Support the preparation, coordination, and submission of proposals for
US Federal Government opportunities
.
- Conduct market and competitor research to identify new federal business opportunities.
- Prepare capability statements, presentations, past performance documents, and other proposal materials.
- Collaborate with recruiters, account managers,



and leadership to collect information required for proposal submissions.
- Maintain proposal repositories, opportunity trackers, and business development documentation.
- Generate reports related to proposal status, sales pipeline, and federal business opportunities.
- Ensure proposal documents comply with client requirements and submission guidelines.

Technical Skills
- 1+ year of experience supporting US Federal Clients, Federal Proposal Management, or Government Contracting.
- Solid understanding of
Federal RFP, RFQ, RFI, and proposal lifecycle.
- Excellent research, documentation, and analytical skills.
- Proficiency in
MS Excel, Word, and PowerPoint
.
- Strong written and verbal communication skills.
