Job Description

We are looking for a motivated
SEO Associate Intern
to join our digital marketing team. The primary focus of this role is
Off-Page SEO
, where you'll work on building high-quality backlinks, improving website authority, and increasing organic search rankings through ethical SEO practices.

This internship is ideal for candidates who already have a basic understanding of SEO and want to gain hands-on experience working on live projects.

Responsibilities
- Execute off-page SEO strategies for client and in-house websites.
- Build quality backlinks through guest posting, outreach, directory submissions, citations, and niche edits.
- Research competitor backlink profiles and identify new link-building opportunities.
- Perform keyword and backlink research using SEO tools.
- Monitor backlink health and website authority.
- Prepare weekly SEO reports and track progress.
- Stay updated with Google's latest SEO guidelines and algorithm updates.

Requirements
- Prior SEO knowledge is mandatory.




- Good understanding of
Off-Page SEO
concepts, including backlinks, anchor text, domain authority, guest posting, citations, and outreach.
- Familiarity with SEO tools such as Ahrefs, SEMrush, Ubersuggest, or Google Search Console is a plus.
- Basic understanding of On-Page SEO and keyword research.
- Positive research, communication, and analytical skills.
