Job Description

Responsibilities

•Electrical Input Extraction Tool Development

•Analyse and understand wiring diagram structures and schematic representations

•Develop tools to import and interpret schematic/design data from electrical CAD systems

•Understand wire labelling conventions

•Extract electrical connectivity data by generating accurate netlists

•Ensure data integrity and consistency across multiple design sources

•Wire Length Estimation Engine Development

•Create logical segmentation models for electrical routing paths

•Group wires into defined segments based on connectivity and layout logic





•Develop algorithms to convert segment mapping into approximate wire lengths

•Apply engineering rules, constants, and heuristics for length estimation

•Validate output accuracy using reference data or design benchmarks

•Routing Strategy & Rule Definition

•Define standardized routing paths (e.g., Panel Connector Terminal Device)

•Map each wire connection to an optimized routing path

•Establish routing priorities based on design constraints and manufacturability

•Ensure compliance with electrical design standards and installation practices

•Collaborate with manufacturing teams to align routing rules
