Role Description
This is a full-time Technical Trainers (Freshers) role based in Coimbatore with a hybrid work model, allowing a mix of on-site and work-from-home. Day-to-day responsibilities include delivering technical training sessions to learners, supporting curriculum implementation, and assisting in the development of training materials and practical exercises. The role involves explaining technical concepts in a transparent and engaging manner,
answering learner queries, and providing guidance during hands-on activities and assessments. Technical Trainers will collaborate with senior trainers and the content team to improve training modules, track learner progress, and contribute to continuous enhancement of Edxzone’s training programs.
Qualifications
- Candidates should possess skills in Technical Training and Technical Trainers, with a strong interest in teaching and guiding learners.
- Candidates should possess skills in Training and Training & Development, including the ability to structure sessions and use effective training methodologies.
- Candidates should possess strong Communication skills, including clear verbal and written communication and effective presentation abilities.
- Relevant academic background in Engineering, Computer Science, IT, or related technical fields (Bachelor’s degree or equivalent preferred).
