1. Ensure seamless operations of all the CNC machines, assembly lines. Must havetroubleshooting skills in mechanical, pneumatic, hydraulic and electrical malfunctions.

2. Hands on experience on edge banding machine troubleshooting skills. ( IMA, KDT, homag, Biesse).

3. Hands on experience on Schelling beam saw machines.

4. Hands on experience on drilling machines ( Router BHX,Biesse, homage, Technowinner).

5. Hands on experience on Rover CNC machines.

6. Should have skills on Maintaining maintenance records, managing spare part inventory.

7. Must have PLC troubleshooting skills in woodworking machines.

8. Hands on experience on VFDs, servo motors and switch gears.

9. Must read electrical and Pneumatic diagrams for troubleshooting.

10. Must have skills on Preventive maintenance and maintain records of preventivemaintenance of individual Machines.

11. Must have skills in preparing MTTR, MTBF and Breakdown Trend.

12. Hands on experience on energy saving projects, Implement kaizens into the factory

Pay: ₹500,000.00 - ₹600,000.00 per year
