About the Role

We're looking for a proactive and enthusiastic Business Development Intern to join our team. In this role, you'll help us build genuine professional relationships on LinkedIn by identifying relevant companies and decision-makers, starting thoughtful conversations, and connecting interested prospects with our Business Development team.This is a hands-on opportunity to gain real experience in business development, relationship building, and B2B communication. No prior experience is required, full training will be provided.

All outreach is done manually and personally, in full compliance with LinkedIn's User Agreement and Professional Community Policies. We do not use automation tools, scraping software, or bulk messaging of any kind.

Key Responsibilities
- Research companies and identify relevant founders, HR professionals, and decision-makers who are a genuine fit for our services.
- Send thoughtful, personalised connection requests and messages that are relevant to each recipient, quality over quantity.




- Respond to replies promptly and maintain professional, genuine conversations.
- Qualify interested prospects and schedule introductory meetings with
- Collaborate with the team to refine messaging and targeting based on what resonates.

What We're Looking For
- Excellent written English and communication skills.
- A basic understanding of sales, marketing, or recruitment is a plus, but not required.
- No prior experience necessary, training will be provided.
