Job Description: HR Operations ManagerJob Summary

We are seeking an experienced HR Operations Manager to oversee and optimize HR operations, ensuring efficient processes, accurate employee data management, and compliance with company policies. The ideal candidate will have strong expertise in HRMS, advanced Excel, HR automation, compensation and benefits, HR analytics, and HR documentation.

Key Responsibilities
- Manage end-to-end HR operations and ensure smooth execution of HR processes.
- Administer and maintain the HRMS, ensuring data accuracy and integrity.
- Develop and automate HR reports, MIS, and dashboards using advanced Excel and HR tools.
- Manage employee lifecycle processes, including onboarding, transfers, promotions, and exits.
- Oversee compensation and benefits administration, including salary revisions, incentives, and employee benefit programs.
- Maintain employee master data, HR records, and documentation while ensuring confidentiality.
- Analyze HR metrics and prepare reports to support business decisions.
- Create, review, and maintain job descriptions (JDs)



for all positions.
- Support payroll by validating HR data and coordinating with payroll teams.
- Ensure compliance with labor laws, company policies, and HR audits.
- Identify opportunities to automate and improve HR processes for greater efficiency.
- Collaborate with business leaders and stakeholders to support organizational objectives.

Required Skills
- Strong knowledge of HRMS and HR technologies.
- Advanced Microsoft Excel skills (Pivot Tables, VLOOKUP/XLOOKUP, Power Query, dashboards, and data analysis).
- Experience in HR process automation.
- Expertise in compensation and advantages administration.
- Robust HR data analytics and reporting skills.
- Experience in employee data management and HR documentation.
- Excellent analytical, organizational, and problem-solving skills.
- Strong communication and stakeholder management abilities.
