About the Role
We are seeking an experienced
Senior Technical Sourcer
to support hiring across technology and product functions for
one of the world's leading beverage companies
. This is an exciting opportunity to work on a global talent acquisition project, partnering with business stakeholders to identify and attract top technical talent across India and the APAC region.
The successful candidate will have a robust background in sourcing technical talent within product-based organizations and will be responsible for building high-quality talent pipelines across multiple business functions.
Key Responsibilities
- Develop and execute sourcing strategies to identify and attract top technical talent.
- Source candidates across Software Engineering, Product Management,
UX/UI Design, User Research, Data Engineering, Data Analytics, Artificial Intelligence, Machine Learning, Cloud Technologies, SaaS, and other technology-related functions.
- Build and maintain talent pipelines for current and future hiring requirements.
- Utilize LinkedIn Recruiter, Boolean Search, X-Ray Search, job boards, and other sourcing channels to identify passive talent.
- Conduct initial candidate outreach and qualification conversations.
- Partner with recruiters and hiring managers to understand hiring priorities and market trends.
- Maintain accurate sourcing activities and candidate records within the Applicant Tracking System (ATS).
- Provide market intelligence and talent insights to support hiring decisions.
- Deliver a positive candidate experience throughout the sourcing process.
Required Qualifications
- 5–8 years of experience in technical sourcing or talent acquisition.
