We utilize a hybrid architecture that pairs robust, clinical backend data models with cutting-edge generative AI layers—such as dynamically synthesizing programmatic instructional videos, generating real-time multilingual audio overlays, and building clinical decision support engines audited by doctors. We are seeking a skilled *Full Stack Developer* to take ownership of our core platform infrastructure, cloud architecture, backend services, and expanding GenAI integrations.

*Key Responsibilities*





*End-to-End Feature Ownership:* Design, develop, and maintain high-performance, responsive web applications utilizing *ReactJS* for our client-facing interfaces and internal clinical dashboards.

*Robust Backend & Serverless Engineering:* Architect and scale enterprise-grade backend business logic using *Java* core services alongside serverless computing workflows via *Azure Functions* and the broader *Azure Cloud* suite.

*Relational Database Design:* Write highly optimized queries, manage complex schemas, and secure relational data integrity across our operational *RDBMS* instances.

*GenAI Production Integration:* Programmatically connect to, orchestrate, and leverage Generative AI APIs inside our software application pipeline (such as Azure OpenAI/Foundry models for advanced video generation, TTS pipelines, or vision models).

*AI-Accelerated Engineering:* Actively use GenAI tools (e.g., GitHub Cop
