We are seeking a proactive and results-oriented
Business Development Executive
with
2+ years of experience
in
Contract and Contract-to-Hire (C2H) IT Staffing
. The ideal candidate should have a proven track record in lead generation, client acquisition, and business development within the staffing industry. The role requires excellent communication, relationship-building, and negotiation skills to drive new business opportunities and expand our client base.

Key Responsibilities
- Generate new business opportunities for Contract and C2H staffing services through cold calling, email campaigns, LinkedIn outreach, networking, and referrals.
- Identify prospective clients and build a robust sales pipeline.
- Schedule and conduct client meetings to understand hiring needs and staffing requirements.
- Develop and maintain long-term relationships with existing and prospective clients.
- Present staffing solutions, negotiate commercial terms, and close business deals.




- Collaborate closely with the recruitment team to ensure timely fulfillment of client requirements.
- Track sales activities, maintain CRM records, and provide regular pipeline and revenue reports.
- Stay updated on industry trends, hiring demands, and competitor activities.
- Achieve monthly, quarterly, and annual business development targets.
