Role and Responsibility:-
- Drive sales performance across the assigned Territory to achieve business objectives and revenue targets.
- Develop and implement strategies for distribution expansion, dealer management, of General Trade sales.
- Lead FMCG sales operations by strengthening channel partnerships and distributor relationships.
- Ensure effective planning, execution, and monitoring of the distribution network to maximize market penetration and business growth.
- Identify current business opportunities and drive sales initiatives to enhance market share.
- Monitor sales performance, analyze market trends, and implement corrective actions to achieve targets.
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams, including Supply chain, HR, and Finance, to execute growth initiatives and improve business performance.
- Build, mentor, and motivate the team to deliver high performance and achieve organizational goals





Preferred Candidate Profile:-
- Entrepreneurial leader with a strong business acumen and result-oriented mindset.
- Growth-focused professional with in-depth knowledge of the WUP-Agra Territory FMCG markets.
- 10-15 years of progressive experience in FMCG Sales or a related industry.
- Preferably MBA/PGDM from a reputed institution.
- Demonstrated success in Distribution Management, Dealer Management, General Trade Sales, and Regional Sales Management.
- Strong leadership, strategic planning, negotiation, and team management skills.
- Excellent communication, analytical, and stakeholder management abilities.
- Proven ability to deliver sustainable business growth through effective execution and market development.
