Role & responsibilities

Develop and execute annual marketing strategies aligned with business objectives.

Manage digital marketing initiatives, including LinkedIn, Google, SEO, email, and social media campaigns.

Plan and execute offline marketing activities, customer events, seminars, roadshows, and exhibitions.

Generate qualified leads using LinkedIn Sales Navigator and support the sales team with prospect engagement.

Build and maintain relationships with architects, MEP consultants, EPC contractors, builders, developers, and industrial clients.

Conduct product presentations and consultant engagement programs to drive project specifications.

Represent the company at industry forums, networking events, and qualified associations.

Manage branding, corporate communications, brochures, presentations, product catalogues, and marketing collateral.

Coordinate PR activities, media communication,



and promote company achievements across platforms.

Track marketing performance, analyze campaign effectiveness, and identify new business opportunities.

Preferred candidate profile

Experience

5-10 years of experience in Marketing, Branding, Digital Marketing, Business Development, or Corporate Communications.

Experience in Engineering, Manufacturing, Construction, MEP, HVAC, Infrastructure, or Building Products industry preferred.
