We are looking for an experienced and highly organized Senior Manager Transport Operations to oversee our pan-India bulk liquid transportation business. The role requires close coordination with customers, transport operations teams, traffic departments, fleet coordinators, drivers, and management to ensure timely and productive execution of transportation orders.

The ideal candidate will act as the central link between customers and internal teams, ensuring smooth order processing, proactive issue resolution, high service levels, and operational excellence across the organization.
- Coordinate with customers for transportation requirements and order planning.
- Ensure timely receipt, processing, and execution of transportation orders in the ERP/system.
- Monitor vehicle placement, loading, transit movement, and unloading activities.
- Coordinate with traffic, operations, maintenance, accounts, and branch teams for seamless execution.
- Maintain high customer service standards and act as the primary escalation point for operational issues.




- Ensure optimum fleet utilization and vehicle productivity.
- Monitor daily operational KPIs including placement performance, on-time delivery, vehicle turnaround time, and fleet availability.
- Conduct regular reviews with customers and internal teams to improve service levels.
- Ensure compliance with safety, statutory, and customer-specific requirements.
- Drive process improvements and operational efficiency initiatives.
- Prepare MIS reports and provide regular operational updates to management.
- Manage customer communication regarding shipment status, delays, exceptions, and corrective actions.
- Lead and mentor operations teams across multiple locations.

Required Skills -
- Graduate or Post Graduate in Logistics, Supply Chain, Business Administration, or related field.
