Sakaar Stainless LLP is expanding into the Structural Fabrication segment and is looking for an experienced Business Development Manager to drive business growth in the infrastructure and industrial sectors.

Key Responsibilities

* Develop business opportunities for structural steel products including H Beams, I Beams, Box Beams, Channels, Angles, Girders, and customized fabricated structures.

* Build and maintain strong relationships with construction companies, EPC contractors, infrastructure developers, PEB companies, industrial contractors, and project consultants.

* Identify upcoming projects and generate recent business opportunities.

* Manage the complete sales cycle from lead generation to order closure.

* Coordinate with internal production and technical teams to ensure timely project execution.

* Achieve sales targets and contribute to the company's growth strategy.





Desired Candidate Profile

* 3–5 years of experience in Business Development/Sales within the Structural Fabrication, Structural Steel, PEB, or Heavy Engineering industry.

* Strong network with construction companies, EPC contractors, infrastructure developers, and industrial project customers.

* Good understanding of structural steel products and fabrication requirements.

* Excellent communication, negotiation, and relationship management skills.

* Willingness to travel for customer meetings and business development activities.
