About the Role: We are seeking a highly skilled and detail-oriented Finance Manager to manage financial

operations, maintain accurate financial records, prepare reports, and provide strategic financial

guidance to clients.

Key Responsibilities
- Prepare and maintain Balance Sheets, Income Statements, Cash Flow Statements, and

financial reports.
- Prepare financial metrics, ratios, forecasts, and budget reports.
- Assist with month-end and year-end closing activities.
- Provide finance and accounting recommendations to clients.
- Develop and improve financial processes and SOPs.
- Troubleshoot accounting issues, reconciliations, payroll mappings, and payment discrepancies.
- Coordinate with reporting managers, clients, and internal teams.





Required Qualifications
- Bachelor's degree in Accounting, Finance, Commerce, or a related field.
- Minimum 5 years of bookkeeping experience using QuickBooks.
- Minimum 5 years of hands-on experience with QuickBooks Online (QBO).
- Minimum 3 years of FP&A; experience.
- Experience working with companies having annual revenues below $15 million.
- Strong understanding of accounting principles and financial reporting.
- Excellent analytical, organizational, and communication skills.
