Job Overview:
Computers Network and Telecom India Pvt. Ltd. is looking for a result-oriented Business Development Manager (BDM) with experience in IT Hardware Sales. The ideal candidate will be responsible for identifying current business opportunities, generating leads, developing client relationships, and driving revenue growth. The role requires a proactive sales professional with strong communication, negotiation, and account management skills.

Key Responsibilities
- Identify and develop new business opportunities for IT hardware products and solutions.
- Generate leads through cold calling, networking, referrals, and market research.
- Build and maintain strong relationships with new and existing clients.
- Understand customer requirements and recommend suitable IT hardware solutions.
- Prepare and deliver sales presentations, proposals, and quotations.




- Negotiate commercial terms and successfully close sales opportunities.
- Achieve monthly and quarterly sales targets while maintaining profitability.
- Coordinate with internal teams to ensure smooth order execution and customer satisfaction.
- Monitor market trends, competitor activities, and customer requirements to identify new business opportunities.
- Maintain accurate sales reports, customer records, and pipeline updates in a timely manner.

Required Skills & Qualifications
- Bachelor's degree in Business, Marketing, or a related field.
- 2–4 years of experience in IT Hardware Sales or Business Development.
- Strong knowledge of IT hardware products such as laptops, desktops, servers, networking equipment, storage, and peripherals.
- Excellent communication, presentation, and negotiation skills.
- Proven ability to generate leads, acquire recent customers, and achieve sales targets.
- Strong relationship management and customer-focused app
