? Hiring Alert | Area Head – Solar Leasing | Gujarat
Hinduja Leyland Finance is looking to hire an Area Head to drive our Commercial & Industrial (C&I;) Solar Leasing business across Gujarat.
? Location: Ahmedabad
(The role will be based in Ahmedabad and will be responsible for the entire Gujarat region.)
Role Type:
✔ Individual Contributor (IC)
Key Responsibilities:
• Build and strengthen relationships with C&I; Solar EPCs, OEMs, Channel Partners, Consultants and key industry stakeholders across Gujarat.
• Generate and source high-value Solar Leasing opportunities.
• Handle end-to-end business development for large-ticket transactions.
• Work closely with Credit, Operations and Business teams to ensure smooth deal closures.
• Develop a strong pipeline across industrial clusters in Gujarat.
Ideal Candidate Profile:
✔ Currently working in Solar Leasing, Solar Finance, SME Financing, Equipment Finance or Corporate Banking.
✔ Robust experience in handling high-ticket loans (₹5 Cr, ₹10 Cr, ₹15 Cr, ₹20 Cr+).
✔ Existing network with Commercial & Industrial (C&I;)
Solar EPCs, Dealers or Channel Partners in Gujarat.
✔ Good understanding of Commercial Solar projects and structured financing solutions.
✔ Excellent communication and relationship management skills.
✔ Self-driven professional capable of independently generating business opportunities.
Compensation:
• Salary will be based on relevant experience and current CTC.
• Budget up to ₹15 LPA.
