Job Summary

GiftAbled Foundation is looking for a Speech Therapist for children and adults with speech, language, communication, and swallowing disorders. The role involves conducting assessments, planning individualized therapy programs, monitoring progress, and working closely with caregivers, families, educators, and multidisciplinary teams to improve functional communication outcomes.

Key Responsibilities
- Conduct speech, language, communication, and swallowing assessments.
- Develop individualized therapy plans based on assessment findings and client goals.
- Deliver online therapy sessions for children and adults with communication disorders.
- Provide caregiver and family training to support home-based intervention.
- Maintain detailed therapy records, progress reports, and outcome tracking.
- Coordinate with special educators, occupational therapists, physiotherapists, psychologists, and program teams.




- Monitor beneficiary progress and update rehabilitation data on organizational systems.
- Recommend referrals for in-person evaluation when tele-rehabilitation is not clinically appropriate.
- Ensure confidentiality, ethical practice, and compliance with telepractice guidelines.
- Create therapy materials, home programs, and digital intervention resources.
- Participate in case discussions, training programs, and professional development activities.

Required Qualifications
- BASLP / MASLP from a recognized institution.
- RCI registration is mandatory.
- Minimum 1–3 years of experience in speech therapy or rehabilitation services.
- Experience in telepractice or online therapy will be preferred.
- Solid communication, documentation, and counseling skills.

Preferred Skills
- Experience working with Autism Spectrum Disorder, Hearing Impairment, Intellectual Disability, Cerebral Palsy, Developmental Delay, and other communication disorders.
