Key Responsibilities
- Deliver Recent Hire Training (NHT) and refresher sessions for Retention processes.
- Train agents on product knowledge, objection handling, negotiation, and soft skills.
- Provide nesting support, floor coaching, and performance improvement sessions.
- Identify training needs using QA feedback and performance data.
- Measure training effectiveness through assessments and operational KPIs.

Skills & Experience
- Experience in
Retention, Sales, or Collections
(Telecom preferred).
- Strong understanding of
Save Rate, Churn, AHT, FCR, and NPS
.
- Excellent communication, coaching, and presentation skills.
