Job Description:
We are looking for a Hedge Accounting Professional with solid experience in hedge accounting within the Banking or Financial Services domain. The ideal candidate should have hands-on experience in hedge accounting processes, financial reporting, reconciliations, regulatory compliance, and stakeholder management.

Key Responsibilities:
- Manage hedge accounting activities and financial reporting.
- Ensure compliance with IFRS 9 / IAS 39 accounting standards.
- Perform reconciliations, accounting entries, and controls.
- Work with Finance, Risk, Treasury, and Technology teams.
- Support UAT, process improvements, and regulatory reporting.

Required Experience:
- 4+ years of Hedge Accounting experience.
- Banking/BFSI experience is mandatory.
- Strong understanding of financial instruments and derivatives.
- Excellent analytical and communication skills.
