The Role

We are looking for an exceptional Chief Financial Officer (CFO) - commercially sharp, investor-ready, and capable of operating at the highest level of financial leadership.

This is not a compliance-and-reporting appointment. The CFO will be a direct strategic partner to the Managing Director and Chairman, owning capital strategy, investor relations, financial systems transformation, and the full spectrum of statutory compliance. The person who joins now will have the chance, and the accountability,



to architect the financial transformation of a high-growth pharma CDMO and to be the CFO who takes it to the next level.

Experience navigating capital-raising events: institutional rounds, DRHP preparation, listed-company financial reporting, or pre-IPO financial structuring - is not optional. Candidates without this experience will not be shortlisted.

Key Responsibilities

Capital Strategy & Investor Relations

• Own and lead the company's institutional capital strategy- financial modelling, investor presentations, data room management, and due diligence support

• Serve as Biodeal's primary financial interface with institutional investors, financial partners, bankers, and external advisors

• Develop and own investor-grade financial models, projections, scenario analyses, and narrative documents that stand up to institutional scrutiny

• Lead DRHP preparation and pre-IPO financial structuring as the business approaches capital market readiness
