Experience Required

Minimum 3–4 years of hands-on experience managing key modern trade accounts,

specifically with Reliance Retail.

Role Overview

We are looking for a dynamic and result-oriented National Key Accounts Manager (NKAM)

to drive business growth across modern trade channels for our Wellness/Food portfolio. The





role will be responsible for managing strategic national accounts, developing joint business

plans, driving sales execution, improving visibility, and building long-term partnerships with

key retail chains.

The ideal candidate should have strong experience handling Reliance Retail and exposure

to other modern trade chains in the FMCG/Food category.

Key Responsibilities

Key Account Management

 Manage national up-to-date trade accounts with primary focus on Reliance Retail.

 Build and maintain strong relationships with category managers, buyers, and store

operations teams.

 Lead commercial negotiations including pricing, promotions, margins, listing fees,

and annual business terms.

 Ensure achievement of sales, revenue, and profitability targets for assigned

accounts.

Business Planning AND Growth

 Develop Joint Business Plans (JBP) with key accounts to drive category growth.
