About the Role

We are looking for an experienced HR professional to join our Talent Centre of Excellence (Talent COE). The role offers an excellent opportunity to lead strategic talent acquisition initiatives while driving talent development, employee engagement, HR operations, and HR process excellence.

The ideal candidate should have experience across recruitment, HR business partnering, performance management, and HR operations, with the ability to work closely with business leaders and contribute to organizational growth.

Key Responsibilities

Talent Acquisition & Executive Search
- Lead internal hiring through employee referrals, direct sourcing, social media, and qualified networking platforms.
- Build strong talent pipelines for current and future hiring requirements.
- Drive end-to-end recruitment, including sourcing, interviewing, offer management, and onboarding.
- Manage executive search assignments and deliver quality hires within defined timelines.
- Conduct talent mapping, market intelligence, and compensation benchmarking.

Talent Development




- Design and execute learning & development initiatives.
- Identify high-potential employees and support succession planning.
- Conduct competency mapping, skill-gap assessments, and knowledge-sharing sessions.
- Drive leadership development and capability-building initiatives.

Employee Experience & Performance Management
- Manage probation, performance reviews, KRAs, appraisals, and performance improvement plans.
- Drive employee engagement, recognition, retention, and culture-building initiatives.
- Conduct stay interviews, engagement surveys, and exit interviews.
- Resolve employee grievances in line with company policies and statutory requirements.

HR Operations & Compliance
- Manage the complete employee lifecycle from onboarding to separation.
- Coordinate payroll inputs, attendance, leave management, and Full & Final settlements.
- Ensure statutory compliance relating to PF, ESIC, PT, Labour Welfar
