Role Description
The Business Development Manager – US Shift at PRISM will be responsible for driving growth in designated markets by identifying new business opportunities, nurturing client relationships, and closing strategic deals. This full-time,
on-site role is based in Gurugram and requires working primarily with clients and partners aligned to US time zones. Day-to-day responsibilities include prospecting and qualifying leads, conducting outreach via calls, emails, and virtual meetings, and presenting PRISM’s solutions and brand portfolio to potential partners. The role involves collaborating with internal teams on proposals and pricing, maintaining accurate sales pipelines and reports, and meeting or exceeding revenue and performance targets. The Business Development Manager will also monitor market trends, competitor activity, and customer feedback to refine strategies and contribute to PRISM’s long-term growth in international markets.
Qualifications
- Proven experience in business development, sales, or account management, ideally in hospitality, real estate, SaaS, or related sectors.
- Solid skills in lead generation, deal negotiation, and closing, with the ability to manag
