- Basic Router Configuration and network Troubleshooting
- Monitor Network infrastructure and provide L1 Network support
- Manage CISCO routing, switching and WAN technologies and network services leverage tools
- Handle incident/Task related to network by following process and standard.
- Hands on troubleshooting experience in enterprise WAN workplace
- Remote management and monitoring of network operations
- Coordinate with Various telecommunication services providers (ISP) to resolve circuit problem
- To open ticket with OEM and coordinate with OEM for replacement and regular updates to stakeholders
- Daily call summary preparation
- Network devices IOS upgradation
- Basic understanding of network management protocols like SNMP, SSH, Syslog
- Customer Handling.
