Position Summary

The HR Executive will handle routine HR tasks such as documentation, record-keeping, basic recruitment support, and employee coordination. The role is focused on ensuring smooth day-to-day HR operations under the guidance of the HR Manager.

Key Responsibilities

Recruitment Support
- Post job advertisements on various platforms.
- Collect and screen CVs as per given requirements.
- Schedule interviews and coordinate with candidates.
- Assist with joining formalities (documents collection, ID cards, induction support).

Documentation & Records
- Maintain employee personal files (bank details, NOK, certificates, letters).
- Update leave applications and attendance records.
- Prepare and issue basic HR letters (experience, confirmation, appreciation) as instructed.
