Role & responsibilities
- Design and develop Copilot agents using Microsoft 365 Copilot Studio and related tools
- Build and customize solutions using Power Platform (Power Apps, Power Automate, Power Virtual Agents)
- Integrate Copilot solutions with enterprise systems (CRM, ERP, SharePoint, Teams, etc.)
- Develop automation workflows to improve business processes and operational efficiency
- Utilize Azure OpenAI / AI services for building intelligent solutions
- Collaborate with business stakeholders to gather requirements and translate them into technical solutions
- Ensure security, compliance, and governance standards within Microsoft 365 setting
- Troubleshoot, debug, and optimize applications for performance and scalability
- Stay updated with latest advancements in Microsoft Copilot and AI technologies
