Job description:

We are seeking a highly motivated and experienced Business Development Manager to join our team. The successful role will be responsible for identifying new business opportunities, developing and executing sales strategies, and building strong relationships with the leads to drive revenue growth.

Job Responsibilities:
- Identify new business opportunities through market research, networking, and lead generation
- Develop and execute sales strategies to achieve revenue targets
- Build and maintain strong relationships with clients, architects, designers, and other industry professionals
- Develop and maintain in-depth knowledge of our Modular Kitchen products, including features, benefits, and applications
- Stay up-to-date with new product developments, launches, and promotions




- Develop and present sales pitches, proposals, and presentations to clients
- Collaborate with the marketing team to develop marketing materials, campaigns, and promotions
- Stay up-to-date with industry trends, competitor activity, and market developments

Requirements:
- Education: Bachelor's degree in Business, Marketing, or a related field
- Experience: 10+ years of experience in business development, sales, or marketing, preferably in the furniture manufacturing industry
- Skills: Excellent communication, presentation, and negotiation skills ,Strong business development, sales, and marketing skills
- Ability to build and maintain strong relationships with clients and industry professionals
- Solid analytical and problem-solving skills
- Software Proficiency: Microsoft Office, CRM software, and other sales and marketing tools
