The Warden oversees the administration and management of the hostel/residential facility, ensuring a safe, clean, and disciplined environment for residents. The role includes supervising daily operations, addressing resident concerns, enforcing rules, and coordinating with staff and management.

Key Responsibilities
- Supervise the day-to-day operations of the hostel/residential facility.
- Ensure the safety, security, and well-being of all residents.
- Enforce hostel rules, regulations, and disciplinary procedures.
- Maintain resident records, attendance, and occupancy details.
- Handle admissions, room allocations, and check-in/check-out procedures.
- Respond promptly to emergencies, complaints, and conflicts.
- Coordinate housekeeping, maintenance, and security services.
- Conduct regular inspections of rooms and common areas.
- Ensure cleanliness, hygiene,



and proper maintenance of the premises.
- Organize resident meetings and communicate important notices.
- Maintain inventory of hostel assets and supplies.
- Prepare reports on hostel operations and incidents.
- Liaise with parents/guardians, management, and external agencies when required.

Required Qualifications
- Bachelor's degree (preferred).
- Previous experience in hostel, residential, educational, or facility management is an advantage.
- Basic computer skills (MS Office and email).
